So i know that it's been a couple weeks since i've updated, but my friend Tricia was here for those 2 weeks and we've been busy having fun! :)
Now on with the update....
My little man is no longer a little man! he's chunky already! i have no idea what he weighs but he has a doctor's appointment on Monday, so we'll find out then... :) so life as a mom is going pretty good so far! he has a little trouble sleeping, but he does relatively well. he wakes up every 2 hours or so to eat, but sometimes it takes a little while to get him back to bed if he has gas or stomach pains. he does really well during the day! he stays awake a lot and just looks around. i think he's really fun when he's like this. he loves to be in his little bouncy chair! sometimes it's the only thing that will make him stop crying is to be put in his chair... i do believe that he's spoiled already... :)
the thing we're working on now is trying to get him out of our bed. he sleeps cuddled up next to Jer all night, which i think is really cute, but we need to kill the habit as fast as possible. he just doesn't like his bassinet :( we'll figure it out. we're going to start transitioning him this weekend, so hopefully that goes ok! any advice would be great! :)
So i am now officially on my own during the day. My mom was here for a month, my dad and bro for 2 weeks, then Tricia was here for 2 weeks and she left yesterday, so i feel kinda lonely already... i need to find myself some more mommy friends to keep me company during the day. ok, well i think that's the end of my update today, but i will write more soon! good-bye for now

Cohen has changed so much in the 2 weeks since I saw him last. He keeps on getting more and more beautiful and he just keeps on getting bigger..it'll be fun to see how much he weighs now.
I miss him and my precious daughter and son-in-law so much. I can't wait to see them at Christmas! Yeah!!
He's so cute! I told Tricia to smuggle him home, but I guess she chickened out because she's here now with no Cohen! :>P
Uhg, the sleeping problem. It's hard to get them out of bed with you but they say it takes three days for a baby to learn something, so just give it time. You may try getting him transitioned to the carseat first and then the basinet... who knows. First make sure he takes his day time naps in the basinet- that will help. Good luck!
